Whole Animal: 8$/lb of HHW. 250$ Deposit (Not including extra processing)
Half Animal: 8.25$/lb of HHW. 200$ Deposit (Not including extra processing)
Quarter Animal: 8.50/lb of HHW. 180$ Deposit (Not including extra processing)
Customer must be able to pickup their order at Country Quality Meats.

Bison
I found Brass spring of 23 and purchased a couple boxes of burgers, smokies, and other various cuts and loved the quality and taste of the bison. We just purchased a half bison in December and have been working our way through the different cuts. Going forward this will be the only way we buy meet. I highly recommend Brass Bison, the owner is super easy to deal with.
